Job Description
Position Summary
Anytime Fitness Armstrong Creek is looking for an an incredible leader to progress our club.
As a Club Manager, your role will be to lead and drive this meticulously designed space set across a massive 500m2, 4 lifting platforms, 6 racks, cardio theatre and functional fitness zone. You will work closely with the Director to service our growing members, this role is not for the feint hearted.
To be happy and successful, you must love and have a track record of growing great humans, achieving big targets, and driving a culture of exceeding expectations. At the same time, if you are not prepared to get your hands dirty and lead from the front then this is not the role (or company) for you.
Key responsibilities:
Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day to day
Calling potential members
Servicing potential, new, and current members
Meeting targets and continually striving to improve
Building rapport and generating leads for the Personal Trainers
Making the club fun and enjoyable for the team and all club members
Managing operations, members and admin team
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications and Experience
Previous Sales Experience (essential)
Gym management experience (essential)
First Aid and CPR
Working with Children check and Police Check
Excellent customer service
Take initiative and responsibility
Self-motivated, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
Proactive – offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management
Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others
